Secondary and conditional services

Beyond the three core capabilities, we support community programs, event coordination, and scope-specific teaming.

Community Program Support

Coordination and reporting for community-facing programs, member engagement, and participant outreach.

Event & Participant Coordination

Planning support, logistics coordination, and activity reporting for events and participant programs.

Specialty Project Teaming

Nonclinical education is not diagnosis, therapy, or licensed counseling. Project controls describe an approach we agree for the assignment, not certified systems or evidence of completed contracts.

A documented engagement

A factual, non-government engagement that illustrates our program support and coordination work.

2026Member Engagement & Community Partnership Program~$50,000

Teamsters Local 455 — Community Partnership Program

A non-government engagement associated with professional sporting events. Approximately 1,000 tickets were included for members and families as part of the program. Tickets are not verified attendance. This engagement does not imply federal performance ratings, endorsement, or additional clients.

How we approach an assignment

Delivery is determined by the project. We agree scope, controls, and reporting for each assignment rather than applying a fixed package.

01

Agree scope

Define deliverables, boundaries, and success criteria for the assignment.

02

Plan controls

Establish work plans, responsibility matrices, and reporting cadence.

03

Coordinate

Coordinate workflows, communications, and stakeholder handoffs.

04

Report

Track issues and report status against the agreed plan.
